Our dresses are handmade to fit each size in our size chart. However, if for some reason your dress doesn’t fit perfectly, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery to ensure you get the right fit.

Your purchase includes pictures of your dress during production, and open communication with the designer to ensure an excellent experience from start to finish.

WHERE IT ALL STARTED
Since I was little, I have always loved to dress up for special occasions. I would sketch ideas of what I wanted to wear even if it didn’t exist in stores. Before I knew how to sew, I would take basic dresses and embellish them with beads or silk flowers to make them more unique. After graduating college, I turned to design as an outlet for creativity and mindfulness.
When I set out to launch Phoebe Jacqueline, I knew I wanted to be a leader in the dress industry and create a new experience for women to shop for special occasions. I saw an opportunity to connect beautiful, feminine designs with sustainability by showing my customers the process behind the scenes and allowing women to make the most of their closet with buildable pieces.
